ABOUT THE OWNER

In 2008 , I turned my hobby into a professional business. A business that had been growing in my heart for what seemed like my entire life. A business I was destined to create and grow. My humble start began in 1991 when I "Embellished" my first baby shower. At the time it was just fun! For many years to follow I designed/embellished events as a hobby, mostly for friends and family. I went to college and earned two degrees. I worked in the Social Services field for many years and even there, the Event Planner in me was evident in my work as I helped underserved communities with planning, coordinating, implementing, and facilitating events.  

There was no aha moment for me when I decided to quit my job and pursue Event Planning and Design full time. I just did it! I did it with the love, support, and encouragement of amazing, loved ones. Embellishing things came second nature to me, and it was something I absolutely loved to do. I knew my work ethic, creativity and tenacity were the pieces of strong the foundation required in this business.
